Project Overview/ Purpose: Phase 1 of JSBP reached substantial completion at the end of 2023. Focus is now on leasing out the 4 buildings (E1, E2, C & D). The goal is to devise a comprehensive leasing campaign that leverages compelling storytelling to bolster the industrials teams leasing efforts including the following Initiative: aim to make our vacant spaces more appealing by using strategic signage. This signage will narrate the assets unique story, spotlighting the benefits of JSBP to potential tenants and making it more attractive to lease. We need to create an array of signage that is general information related to Oxford & Industrial, along with specific signage to each of the 4 buildings.

Target Audience: Brokers & Potential Customers
Project Overview/ Purpose: Engage and support affiliated broker network by hosting a lively networking event and property showcase (open house). The event is meant to fosters stronger relationships and provide a platform to highlight the benefits and key features of 121 Thirtieth Street.
New JSBP Brochure Demising Options Sustainability
Project Overview/ Purpose: To support the leasing teams efforts at James Snow Business Park, we want to create a new, shorter brochure for phase 1 that enhances the story of the park and highlights the flexibility and sustainable features that this business park offers. The buildings spaces are large, so we want to focus on how the space can be demised / broken up to suit the needs of multiple tenants, rather than filling the entire space with one tenant. We would also like to build upon the sustainability features of this space and bring this story forward more.
